Completely unprofessional atmosphere. Far too many layers of middle management, who don't seem to do much ... spend more time on their personal cell phones than anything else. The culture has allowed bullies and back-stabbers to flourish. It's perfectly acceptable for certain individuals to demean and yell at others they consider "beneath" them. The turn-over in personnel is astounding and open positions seem impossible to fill. Respect for others is a foreign concept.

Politics are rampant and toxic as driven by employees who used to work at the Big Banks or those who are manipulative and highly protected by their executive leaders. Financial drivers override relevant and material change initiatives.
