Incredibly talented people that are passionate about the environment and that will go above and beyond to please a team of headless chickens.

Cons

I can't say anything that hasn't been said already on other reviews. They have been a nightmare for years. This place is toxic to no end. They have no boundaries, no respect for the employees and no idea of what they are doing. If you are desperate for a job, accept the it but keep looking because this place will crush your soul. I can guarantee you that everyone working there is also looking.

very poor leadership, and no clear growth opportunities or paths for advancement. Supposedly an environmental non-profit, but senior-level staff exhibited behaviors that made it clear environmental values were not important to them.
