Dear Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. Our team receives your input with much consideration. At EHTP and East Harlem Scholars Academies, we additionally acknowledge that the hours for primarily instructional staff are long, and staff members are typically expected to take on additional responsibilities during the school day that they were originally unaware of at the start of their hire. While there should be an understanding of any staff member that is newly hired that there’s a level of commitment that is expected from our staff, as reflected in the website and the thoroughly written job descriptions, the Recruitment Team is increasing there efforts to create new roles and hire staff for these roles for the current and upcoming school year so that teachers and other staff will have enough time to complete the work that is expected of them.
