Good people, well run, long hours and constant layoffs.

Good people, easy to work with and smart, generally supportive of each other. The bank is growing in a very tough market and very well run to survive the downturn.

Cons

Moderately political, long hours, little recognition so unrewarding, constant layoffs, low morale, little opportunity to make a difference, and not in a very exciting niche in the market.

Some of the staff have a good background and strong understanding of their respective departments.

Cons

Management was erratic and decision making is limited to a handful of people. Company has chosen to operate with such a limited staff that it is necessary to work on the weekends to simply keep up.
