Pros

The work can be good if the contract you're working on is good. My colleagues were good people.

Cons

You don't really hear from them unless they're scolding you for something (half the tie something they needed you to do, but didn't tell you / show you). They don't re-imburse for travel in a timely manner. I was belittled by the Program Manager on a repeated basis. They are not honest. They did over 20 of us dirty. We all lost our jobs with no notice - not because we did anything wrong, because they were upset with another company they contracted with and they used us as leverage for money from the other company. I would say not just toxic, but traumatic.

Pros

I have a full-time job that pays. Last boss was okay, but the ones before that were not.

Cons

- No holidays given, must use PTO (no difference between vacation and sick leave.) - You earn 8 hours of PTO per 2-week pay period. - When you leave the company, you are not paid for any unused PTO hours you've earned because it's "discretionary time off." - If you get very ill and you're out of PTO, then you're screwed. - You cannot rollover all your unused hours to the next calendar year, only a set limit. The rest you lose. - 0 hours/days/months of parental leave.

Pros

Pay is good, some team member are great people

Cons

Goals not defined, execs have less experience than those they manage, there are 10 execs to demand but barely anyone to actually do the work.
