Pros

I absolutely love working at Echo. The Dallas branch has a fun work hard play hard mentality. As long as you are willing to work, this is the place for you. Its a young atmosphere that provides premeir training to their new employees. They bend over backwards to make sure you understand logistics and the sales process. The manager and supervisors are great too. They do not micro manage--they think out of the box and find new and exciting ways to motivate us. We even have beer Fridays and get to wear jeans. The incoming pay is competitive especially in Dallas. I still can't think of a reason to turn this job down. I have recommended some of my close friends, so obviously I think highly of Echo.

Cons

It is sales so you have to be ready to put in the work at the beginning to get a sturdy customer base. Other than that, there aren't very many cons. If you arent happy with something all you have to do is go to someone in management and they will help you. They genuinely want you to enjoy your job.

Pros

Career Growth Opportunites for those who put in the time to learn. Excellent Training before being placed into the job catagory or work team. On going training. Excellnet for new graduates as you learn about logisitcs which can propel you into other channels for continued growth.

Cons

Some burn out if you do not manage your off hours time. You have to keep yourself motivated for some of the positions.

Pros

- 2 months of training for sales positions - Bonds formed with trainers and other in classes

Cons

- Lack of transparency about work model: I was promised full remote option, which I accepted because I knew I would be moving from another state and wanted a position that I could take with me. You're pressured to go into office anyway during the remote model. A while later, an entire company policy forced everyone back into office, even ones hired for a completely remote position. I had to resign because of relocation from the entire state. - Your immediate manager DOES watch what you do. They don't trust you. - Commissions are terrible. Imagine making a gross profit of over $1,600 on a sale and only receiving $50 of over $1,600. That is a true story. They make it seem like you'll make a lot in commissions with convoluted math but you won't.
