      Pros

      I do believe Ecumen cares about doing what's best for their residents.

      Cons

      Management will ask for suggestions, but those requests often fall on deaf ears. Corporate in Shoreview in particular has an issue with passive aggression and microaggressions towards non-white employees. Overall lack of diversity in leadership, but plenty of performative woke-ism.

      Pros

      I have been working at Ecumen for a little over a month now and the on-boarding process has been very positive. Throughout the application and interviewing process, HR was friendly and timely with their responses and decisions. All of my colleagues have made me feel very welcome and have created a place where I feel like I can learn and grow in my career.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no cons about working at Ecumen.

      It can only get better from here right?

      Pros

      Absolutely love my coworkers. (There's only a select few that ruin it, as with anywhere). Never a shortage of hours when you want to pick up. Variety of patients/residents. Great first nursing job to gain experience.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement. More mandation than there should ever be. Extra short staffed. Upper management (the ones who count), are clueless. Extremely underpaid for this position.
