Pros

Amazing to discover a company that only continues to impress over time in the fact they absolutely "talk the talk and walk the walk" when it comes to upholding core values of Honor, Serve, Empower & Innovate! Incredible leadership and mentoring in development of body, mind and spirit!

Cons

Absolutely none. Everyday is an exercise in raising the bar and improving so even a con doesn't stay a con because it is addressed and resolved!

Pros

I've been with the company for about a year - what a great fit. I am supported when I need to be, yet have the ability to be as independent as I want to be. Ecumen provides continual education opportunities, excellent benefits, and a support/networking group at my own disposal.

Cons

Some days it is hard to leave the office.
