I do not see investment in retention for vetted direct care staff, compensation appears to be less than other area competitors

Ecumen has a very nice hierarchy in place. My manager is fantastic as is each manager above. There are many corporate leaders who make an effort to know me beyond just my name. I love working with people who choose this industry for the right reasons

Cons

Budget restrictions are my only con though they are unavoidable challenges due to covid recovery

I just had my 5 year anniversary! Ecumen team members make me feel appreciated and respect my experiences and knowledge. Great 401(k) Matching Program Everyone is focused on our mission. We're a team! People genuinely care.

Cons

COVID has been rough! As a large organization, sometimes we're a little slow to adapt.
