Co-workers, Residents, benefits, Holidays off if you are fulltime

Cons

Horrible management at the corporate level. No accountability at site level for leadership. Will have leader who is involved in conflict with staff do the investigation which is unethical and one sided. They appear to be lazy and do not want to deal with ongoing site level concerns that they should address.

Ecumen supports their team members. Empowers them to be the best they can be. Responsive to feedback. Room for advancement.

Cons

At times, rollout of new processes occur with good intentions though aren't always the most effective for those doing the day to day work. Having a designated regional for all departments would be beneficial for all sites.
