Ecumen believes in honoring the resident and encourages them to live their best life. Ecumen focuses on quality care for the resident but also self-care for the employee. It's a win-win! They have a value system that says they put people at the heart of what they do. It's true!

benefits, free parking, they are clean

Cons

lack of team, no support, no training, poor culture, too much drama, weak site leadership, constant turnover and understaffing casues long hours without compensation
