Pros

It's a job. That is all.

Cons

HR blows smoke about this place being so wonderful and customer-centered, and that they value the employees oh so much. Then you meet your immediate supervisor who tells you he'd rather be working outdoors, but "this will have to do," and you realize you're screwed. Then you're told you have only 14 minutes a day to do every call wrap, go to the bathroom, and take care of anything else outside of the crappy 10 minute break you get. If you can't end calls within 3.2 minutes, it goes against your productivity score, if you're out sick, if you have to go to the doctor, etc. it goes against your score, and they can fire you for it. Meanwhile, you're told to ask questions in Skype group chat, but no one answers you, and your calls drag into 10, 15, and even 20 minute territory. You get no support. You get zero encouragement. This company is CRAP.

Pros

A very small paycheck and benefits. No other pros to working for this company.

Cons

High turn-over because of management not treating employees with respect. Always looking to write someone up for very little things. Inexperienced and uneducated supervisors and management with no leadership or people skills. Working for this company is like being in middle school and if you are not part of the clique, you will be treated like an outcast and bullied till they run you off. So if you do go to work here, you must have very thick skin, Management and supervisors thinking they are too good to pitch in and help during busy times because they say they have done their time on the phones and should never have to get back on the phones.
