Pros

Being that I was part of the Edmentum merger, I can honestly say that it couldn't have been done any better. The leadership team did a fantastic job combining the companies, cultures, and talent to create a solid high performing company all with morale in tact.

Cons

Some people look at change as a con, while others embrace it. With a company as large as we are in addition to the market we are in, there is no way to avoid change. Full speed ahead!

Pros

Edmentum is a software company which means that technology is highly valued by the organization as it is the product we sell. Whether on the Software Development team or Infrastructure team the company invests in great tools and technology to support the products and their development. You are able to work with the highest end technology and the latest and greatest, but still do it in a relatively small company. Additionally you get to work on products that really mean something and help improve education in our schools. Edmentum makes the right investment in processes such as Agile and practices such as User Experience.

Cons

Market with tight competition requires constant change and a very fast pace.

I have been with the sales organization at Edmentum for over 6 years and I love it more each day. This is the type of organization that helps individuals grow and learn in a company. The sales culture consists of employees that are talented, driven, passionate about helping students and changing education. I have had the opportunity to work with so many unique and impressive individuals on a daily basis that share the same passion about hard work as I do, which is refreshing. You know you work at a wonderful place when you look forward to coming to work every day.

Cons

There has been change and of course with change, comes concerns. However, Edmentum has done a wonderful job addressing any employee concerns.
