Great company, great products, and employees who care about making a difference

Pros

I can honestly say that the employees at Edmentum care about what they do every day. Everyone brings such a passion to what they do every day. It is a fun, energetic place to work and I'm given the flexibility to get my work done wherever and whenever I need to.

Cons

The downside to working here is that there is a LOT to get done and we often have to shift priorities very quickly. More than once, I've had to work really hard on something, only to have that work go out the window when we decide to go a different direction.

Pros

I have been working for Edmentum for over a year. The biggest thing I noticed once I started was the opportunity for advancement within the company. Edmentum does a great job at looking at internal talent within the company for promotion/advancement opportunities. Employees are passionate about education and are proud of our products and the difference they make for learners. Good benefits as well.

Cons

A lot of change within the last year from the acquisition, but not all change is negative. We have made improvements along the way and continue to become a stronger company.

Pros

Edmentum offers a complete online solution to schools/teachers to teach our children which makes it a very fulfilling place to work. With competative benefits and compensation, Edmentum is competative in the market and a top contender in my book. It has a family friendly environment that cares for its employees and gives a good work/life balance.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con, but to stay competative in the market with our customers, Edmentum has to stay ahead of the curve. Which means it is a very fast-paced and ever changing environment. Employees of Edmentum need to be ready and flexible.
