I have been in sales for 17 years and my previous experience was not positive. I was nervous coming to PLATO Learning (now Edmentum) and having another sales position that wasn't what I wanted. However, I found with the work I put in I was rewarded and recognized on a regular basis based on what I was doing. I love that everyone around me is dedicated to the student experience and saving school districts money with ways to find the funding needed to make students successful. I have the opportunity to grow and build a team of future leaders with provided resources, and resources I have brought found.

I have had the privilege of working for Edmentum for 12+ years. During those years I have been in 5 roles thanks to the company’s commitment to professional development and internal promotion. What I like about Edmentum is how quickly the company changes to the needs of the market and most of that change is employee driven. Each employee in the organization has a voice and Edmentum ensures that those voices are heard. The Edmentum culture consists of individuals that expect success, work hard, and are passionate about how they are changing education. Edmentum has great people, great products, great development, and is passionate about driving change in education.
