Great learning experience and training. I was able to find a better job and double my pay after leaving.

Cons

Poor pay, disorganized, sexist and ageist management. They do well financially in spite of themselves.

Pros

It's a small company, so it's kind of like high school. Folks know each other and are friendly enough. The company itself has started some employee programs that are beneficial.

Cons

No raises in 2 years, management lacks training, folks who are "lifers" have a very negative attitude, there's not much room for advancement, they are more likely to hire from the outside for internal openings. Management is poor, benefits overall are poor. There is no real tuition program.

Can be laid back The job is fairly easy Decent hours Work from home although they currently revoked that for most people

Cons

They expect you to arrive earlier than start time to compensate for their slow computers They play favorites really bad. Mostly mistreating the non favorites and promoting the people they like the most. Claim they don't micromanage but that's all they do. It's a roll of the dice if you are a favorite then this job will be easy but if you choose to speak up or even disagree with management they will put more work your way constantly being you into the office for minor/petty issues that they don't hold others too. Customer service management is a joke
