Pros

Good team work environment with your peers across the company. An ok place to start your career, get the experience you need, and then move on to something better.

Cons

Senior management seems to be holding the company back in the 70s and 80s. Very little investment in the company as far as people ( very few training opportunities, no raises or bonuses, inflexible hours, and benefits are horrible), technology (old computers and IT is definitely a roadblock to getting things done), and HQ Facilities (the building is from the 70s and depressing). If you are advanced in your career and looking for somewhere to go, this is not the place for you.

Pros

You learn how to work with in SAP

Cons

No place to advance, structure is disorganized and top heavy with managers (only two are women, with some "supervisors" who are women) No company or department goals HR department acts like they are the principal's office at a grade school too much emphasis dress code "no gym shoes!" they should focus on being there as a liason for the employee's. No raises in several years, not even offering a creative alternative, like summer hours or maybe working from home here and there. When employee's are asked to contribute to a cause, ie) breast cancer or Tsunami Relief Match the contribution.
