The worst unorganized job ever.

Pros

The pay is good for the job that they expect you to do and the hours are fine but that's about it.

Cons

Mangement is horrible never got trained, was lied to about the hours I was suppose to work 10hr days but that turned into 14hr days they give you no job title so you have to do everything they say.

I read these comments about how Don still manages their sales force and it makes me sick. Each and every complaint I read I experienced as a leading sales person with the Edward Don Co. years ago and I was hoping things had changed for the better in their management skills but I guess not! I was threatened to be fired on a Christmas eve believe it or not of course the dsm was drunk I was a big hitter with E. Don and he was drawing 22% of what I grossed so go figure wouldn't you want to figure how to motivate a salesman to make you more not beat him down but management in Ed. Don can be very jealous of what their salespeople make I never understood that! There are so many stories I could tell about this company!

Most of office personal is nice to work with. The warehouse personal and drivers are negative and lazy.

Cons

Working ad a Supervisor at Edward Don is a challenge. In one you try to complete the night of work but you have a few lazy employees.
