      Would be a great job if it wasn't for corporate

      Pros

      Good health care and benefits, raise every 6 months even though it's only 30 cents, Sundays off if you are at 95% occupancy

      Cons

      No one cares, bills don't get paid on time, difficult communication between corporate and home base

      There are almost no pros to working with Edward Rose

      Cons

      Our community has raised the rent thee times in a year, however we have not received anything more than yearly raises which are only about .25. Not only that but the garages just now went up as well. This community has a lot of turn over and the main reason is because they don't give employees an incentive to stay. For a long time this company didn't even pay us enough to afford to live here. How is that ethical? They just started giving us a 20% discount which is a little better.

      There is endless commission opportunity on lease signing, overtime opportunities, benefits, 20% discount on rent as well

      Cons

      Lack of communication with upper management caused a disconnect with site managers.
