Bad Management. I lived at the Avant Apartments for nearly 6 years, then later became Assistant Property Manager and helped keep occupancy and renewals consistently high. I was then terminated without notice and forced to move my family from our apartment home after never being told the apartment lease had been inextricably linked to my employment.

They say they have deep pockets and top tier, yet given a small monthly budget. Resident events are effected and only look good on instagram. They won't fix a lot of apt issues between move out/in due to the low budget, in turn the new resident will think you're to blame. Upper management only cares about their numbers and how it reflects their performance. So they'll sell you a dream for your hard work and zero recognition except you're name on the leader board and $15 bonus for new move in's. BUT LETS JUST DISREGARD THE DISRESPECT EVERY OTHER DAY BC YOUR NAME IS IN A COMPANY MEETING. WHEW. Also, not a good work environment for single moms. Carissa and Alex had the audacity to compare them being single moms to myself. THE DIFFERENCEIS YOURE SINGLE AND LONELY WITH HELP. I LITERALLY HAD ZERO HELP! They knew and didn't care. Actually told me to find a better employer for my situation.
