      Pros

      The benefits they provide are good. It's also very easy to transfer to other positions in the company if you're one of the favored employees.

      Cons

      They will pay you much, much less than your actually worth, even after you ask for raises. The turnover rate at the property I work for is very high because of this. Most people here hate their jobs but don't say anything for fear of retaliation. The workload and responsibilities given to us have drastically increased to the point where we just can't keep up, and why should we try as we are clearly not valued. The communication between us, management, and residents is awful. The equipment provided to us has been falling apart now for some time now and management has yet to replace it.

      Pros

      The people I work with at my property are wonderful. We are like a family. The pay isn’t bad.

      Cons

      There is a huge disconnect between what it takes to run a property, and what the corporate office thinks it should take. Poor email etiquette from upper management. Paying the lowest possible amount for contractors and expecting them to do top dollar, quality work. Using one contractor for multiple properties and expecting things to be done on time and done well. Upper management says they are there to help but when asked questions they belittle and micromanage.

      Newer complex with less service issues for the time being.

      Cons

      Upper Management is awful. Promise things to you, and they never come through for you. Awful communication with employees, and no respect for maintenance employees. Took $ away from certain management employees.
