Start up feel with room to implement your own ideas and processes

Cons

Constant change from an org structure and ever changing GTM teams create a paralysis from the top down. Employees that succeed aren't given room to grow and instead pushed down by others that are hired over them. Lastly no one can pronounce the company name and the rebranded material can involve seizures if you stare at it too long.

This is a consulting company, but egen has their own in-house projects too. They have lot of good activities now and then. The ownership that they took at covid (especially when the situation is bad in India), is amazing.! Instead of simply leaving it to employees like you're on your own, a company saying we are there if there is anything you need, was so touching. They conduct tech-workshops and HR is very responsive.

Cons

Not much, but salary negotiations / hikes can be a bit tough for some people who doesn't know how to speak up for themselves.
