      Pros

      The New India Lead is a very decent and knowledgeable person with many other positive qualities. The HR team is very supportive, and we get good goodies during festivals :) Frequent get-together activities and no micromanagement to come to the office without any reason.

      Cons

      The parental insurance coverage is just 3L, which is very low, even though it is a paid option.

      Can do a better job, avoid making decisions based on people's looks, can give importance to hard-working people

      Leadership and HR management focus more on status and personal influence rather than employee growth and fairness. Favoritism is deeply rooted, affecting promotions and opportunities. Career progression lacks merit-based evaluation, making it difficult for deserving employees to grow. Employee contributions are often overlooked unless they align with leadership’s preferences. The work culture needs significant improvement to prioritize professionalism and employee well-being.
