Pros

Good base pay. Some good managers and some talented people. Plenty of money. Good place to join while looking for something that has a chance.

Cons

This is your sign to run for the hills and keep looking. This is the worst company for AE’s on the planet. The leadership that got them to this point have all fled for greener pastures. The new leadership team is a team of out of touch elites who are here to get paid big money and beat the peasant workers senseless. This is the strategy to turn the company around. The talented people all leave. They don’t care at all about you. They took too much money and now they’re attracting people who want to kick back and enjoy high salaries and big titles. The company has a terrible reputation in the market and recruiters are using a Eightold to source candidates like crazy at this point.
