Eightfold reviews

I am compelled to react to several recent reviews referencing a different company. Charitably---these reviewers do not have a clue what they are talking about. I worked at that company and the culture was toxic. Eightfold does not in the slightest reflect that other company's culture. These reviewers' comments referencing another company border on defamation. Individuals who contributed to poor culture at another company do not work at Eightfold, full stop. Working with Eightfold teammates at another company has not bought me or anyone else any special privileges. People from the other company have failed here too. The reality is that this is going to be a challenging place to work because it is a hyper-growth company. We are here to win and to change the world. You achieve that goal by setting high expectations and meeting them. If that's not an environment for you, so be it---but please don't break wind on your way out the door. In truth, we've grown so fast and worked so hard during lockdown, I don't think there is a real culture anymore. I haven't met most of my direct teammates, let alone all of my colleagues. That said, I have never been treated badly here, or seen anyone abused or mistreated. I expect our work environment will grow to match the truly unique capability of our technology. I know our leaders well and they are sincere, thoughtful, and compassionate men AND women.

Nothing really to complain about. Someone ate my lunch last month (by accident, and apologized). There's no place to plug in my car. Are these real problems? No, they are not.
