-Competitive pay, good benefits, unlimited PTO -Employee appreciation days - Strong product that has the potential to be even better

Cons

- Leadership has no trust in the people they have hired and refuse to let loose of the reigns which means you will jump through thousands of hoops to get your day to day duties completed. -There is very little direction or communication on the company's strategy -Chaotic and toxic environment - Company operates completely opposite from their mission and values. -Eightfold struggles significantly with the hiring problems the platform is marketed to help companies fix/eliminate. EX- biased hiring practices, lack of diversity/unable to make diverse hires, etc. -Constantly focusing on new products/features rather than improving and fixing the current products.

- good office building and benefits - support staff is good - employee enablement is great

Cons

- very toxic culture, makes you feel little everyday - extremely arrogant management - joined the company despite reading negative reviews on glassdoor, worst career mistake of life. All the bad reviews are precisely correct. - no trust and respect among employees. A lot of backstabbing and badmouthing. - no career path inside the company, nobody cares. - no direction, just chaos

Cons

Toxic culture where friends (who worked together in past companies) get promoted and non-friends have no future and career path. In particular, if you are a woman, forget about any future in this company. Complete chaos in the company and almost everyone is burnt out. Sales runs the company and treats the supporting caste with utmost disrespect and often in an insulting tone. You are basically a mindless robot clicking in the system and are never thanked for your job. There is no order in the business, this company has NO strategy and plan and is literally boiling the ocean to find a rock. There are no words that can describe how badly this company is run. The company does not care about employees until they resign.
