I can turn my phone off when I get home. NOT ONE OTHER PRO- it's the worst place on earth to work. I will be gone ASAP.

Cons

If you are not in the directors "click" you might as well find another job. NO COMMUNICATION Money is not good. Management gets best pick of visits and field staff gets left over.
