Pros

Can't think of anything good to say

Cons

While the pay is decent it is because they will burn you out. No respect for field staff-ask them about retention, it is horrendous. Most staff leave within 6 to 12 months. All these recent good reviews are because they've asked staff to go in and leave a Review that are in higher levels. They don't reflect the mass amount of field staff leaving every day. All they care about is the numbers, nurses can be short, already working more than they should be and they will just keep adding more patients. It's OK to add a new pt instead of seeing a current one already in their care. Poor company, would not recommend if you care about taking care of pts at all.

Pros

opportunity for bonus to pick up weekends and extra shifts

Cons

no work life balance; you will be worked to overload. The training does not set you up for success. It scared me how little training I received
