This company is absolutely a joke. They treat a lot of employees like garbage but allow their favorite employees who have been there a little while to work unchecked. I have seen multiple employees smoke in company cars even though doing that should get their car privileges revoked. These same employees go to visits without washing hands or wearing gloves, but are allowed to give their own unfounded criticism of employees they would like to get rid of. It is salary (not hourly), but certain employees are having to work 10-15 hours more per week than the chosen favorites do. That is wildly unfair. There is a lot more I want to say, but my mama taught me not to cuss. I will be looking for other work very soon to get out.

Administration doesn’t know what is going on and that trickles down to the branch level. On boarding was horrible because the communication between recruiting, education, and HR is little to none. Essentially the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at any given point in time.
