      Pros

      Surrounded by motivated, intelligent people that make the day-to-day fun. Amazing culture with focus on work/life balance . A place where your voice is actually heard and acted on.

      Cons

      Would love to see the continued emphasis on internal development and really embrace the idea of cultivating our own talent.

      Loved my patients and team, excluding leadership

      Cons

      Company put myself and other employees in unsafe situations, despite concerns being brought to their attention. Myself and others were touched sexually inappropriately by patients who had capacity. Was sent alone into homes with patients who had violent sexual offense convictions. When this was brought to leadership, it was dismissed.

      Consistent work and alright parking.

      Racist co-workers, an HR who doesn’t even try to make themselves look good, a clique of old women who need to get a good grip on reality! If you’re not the “right type of Christian” or not Christian at all, DO NOT APPLY!!!! Save yourself the sanity especially if you’re Catholic or Episcopalian. Just DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
