Pros

It was a comfortable work environment. Also co-workers were generally quite nice.

Cons

$9 hr. to tell business owners that they must pay credit card account fees for no additional services and if they want to close the seldom used account it will cost $250. These 3 yr. accounts are sold by unknown outside vendors who do not explain the trap that is set. It's a scam on a large scale by U.S. Bank's credit card service division, Elavon. Also felt I was chained to my desk! Had to get permission to use copier or go to the bathroom. When I quit I was not allowed to collect my things and was escorted from the floor as if I were under arrest even though I was calm, reasonable and modulated in my tone.

No where to grow

Pros

Bonus and vacation policy is very good. Potential for flexibility is there, if your manager allows it.

Cons

No room for growth. They only promote those who are favorites or in the "in crowd". You can stay in your position for years. Even though qualified for higher positions. Don't support diversity in management, even though they say they should. Trying to act like a large company and won't hire resources that are needed.

Pros

Benefits, decent insurance, forty hours guaranteed, schedule does not vary from week to week.

Cons

You're not a person, you're a robot. Even when you're going above and beyond, no one considers it anything important or to be proud of. Customers sent in several letters to management during 2013 and 2014 letting them know that I took care of the issues and everything was flawless afterward. That got my name up to the CEO. It meant absolutely NOTHING at review time. Everything has a very "What have you done for me lately?" attitude, and if management won't actually tell you what they want.
