      Pros

      Advancement possible for those driven to move up. The best way to advance is to take initiative and start doing the job you want to have.

      Cons

      Takes on innovation in fits and starts. Rarely listens to employees on how to improve or allocates resources but often brings in outside consultants or leadership who wreak havoc then leave leaving long term employees to deal with the aftermath

      Pros

      Some groups are flexible and allow you to work from home. There is plenty of work.

      Cons

      No room to grow, or advance, or cross train. Unless you apply for another position it is very unlikely that you will get promoted to a management position, if that's what you're looking for. The management team is not diverse or multicultural. Raises are slim, 1%, if at all, even when you're a top performer.
