Good salary and great time off.

Cons

There is no training for anybody at all. The company expects you to know everything even as a person who has no experience of elections. They expect you to figure it out yourself. The sales managers will throw you under the bus in an instant. No loyalty

Worked at ES&S for over 13 years in different management positions. The work is very interesting and challenging. Very collaborative workforce. The company develops hardware, software, and provides services to support elections throughout almost every jurisdiction in the U.S. Pay and benefits are above average. Emphasis on promotions from within company.

Cons

Such a great company, I really can't state any cons.
