Good perks. Honest and capable coworkers from my experience. Good work environment. Company seems to genuinely care about employee and customer satisfaction overall.

Cons

Tired of seeing some of the bad decisions and ways of doing business made over and over again.

The leadership at ES&S is a true bedrock of integrity. Regardless of what may transpire, you can always count on fairness, honesty and integrity. If you work hard, you are recognized and rewarded.

Cons

The elections industry is very small. Expertise you learn about elections isn't commonly in demand. Pay is average. It can be hard to move up fast because the company is already the market leader and isn't growing fast.
