- Instability after acquiring another company in 2023 - Culture in flux post-acquisition - As a smaller company you can "max out" career growth, and have somewhat limited opportunities outside of balancing people management with client work

Amazing employees, culture and skillset, but not all projects are great

Pros

The company has absolutely the smartest engineers, and designers, all the way to the CTO. The culture and atmosphere is really great.

Cons

The only con is that it is a consultancy, not a product company, and not all clients are equally great or a great fit for anyone specifically. So, you might get stuck with a project you don't really love. Another con is that because everyone is so skilled, there is very little movement up. So basically hard to move vertically or horizontally.
