Pros

I cannot say enough about the people that make up Element 84. It truly is the strength of the company. Smart, hard-working, caring, fun, and diverse in thought. They are amazing.

Cons

While Element 84 people are great, the nature of the work is client-based, which introduces some factors that can be difficult to deal with. The leadership team does try to minimize those impacts, but that can be hard.

Pros

Flexible hours and a supportive culture. This company values their employees and they’re customers and the work is impactful and meaningful.

Cons

A smaller company means you’ll do a wider array of things and you might move projects more often but many look as that as a positive as well.

Pros

The people at Element 84 are wonderful - they really care about investing in each other and improving the world. I started in a Junior position and received a lot of support and training. The work-life balance was great - E84 was very flexible, within reason, and I felt that I had a lot of control over what and how I worked.

Cons

I don't see this as a con, but I think it's worth mentioning that a lot of positions are remote and that kind of style doesn't work for some people. E84 does a lot to mitigate those difficulties with off-sites, regular manager meetings, etc.
