-Great culture and intelligent, reliable coworkers -Flexible work from home policy -Excellent benefits -Interesting and meaningful projects -Transparency from upper management Nothing but good things to say about Element 84. Dan and Tracey truly care about their employees and it shows.

-Contract work is not for everyone -Some clients can be more difficult to work with than others -Career advancement is not totally clear, but there are opportunities to pave your own way
