      Pros

      Salary, Work, Flexible hours. The place is really laid back but loads of opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      I couldnt have asked for more. It might be better if you can utilize the waiver allowed for next semester in this one incase you want to take up extra subjects and complete early.

      Disappointing. Leadership and upper/middle management are clueless and are only there to protect their perks and jobs.

      Free tuition for self and dependents, summer hours, academic setting

      Cons

      Too many "managers" and "directors"; you won't be able to take courses because they overload you with work; only the higher-ups get to enjoy the perks; very "clique-oriented" ; management's priority is protecting their jobs; this is a for-profit business masquerading as an educational institution
