Pros

Pay is decent and benefits are awesome. Parts are usually in stock. Work is easy since the planes are never more than 10 years old.

Cons

Logistics are atrocious and management is embarrassing. Lots of favoritism and people taking things personally. The corporate side tries to dictate things they do not understand at all. Very money hungry "non profit" company.

Pros

It’s a country club, for the most part you set your own work pace just as long as you are working. You don’t get punished for making mistakes as long as they are made maliciously. Flexibility with time off and taking classes.

Cons

The management makes things harder than it needs to be. They ignore and let small problems grow into larger ones.
