Pros

Great benefits! Tuition waivers, 4 day work weeks in summer.

Cons

Low pay despite advanced degrees, too much upper management red tape with rampant nepotism! No way to advance one's career unless you know the right people and are favorite of management.

Pros

Most co-workers are friendly and helpful. The people in the field are a small tight family. Great health, leave benefits

Cons

Directors are not all trained the same as there is no set training for new employees. Each campus is run differently and not always right.
