It will be all nice and fun. Exciting to be part of aviation
Cons
It will start to show when top mgmt people start to show and throw their weight around. They will make your life miserable till you leave. The leader absolutely terrible but thinks all it. there is no such thing as work like balance. Just because the mgmt fella works through weekends and late, expects pother to follow. No such thing as thank you, good job etc etc. Crap!!
