Pros

I was a sit-in TA, so it really felt like I was just adding an extra class to my schedule every semester. I got really good with the subject I was TAing for, and I got to know my boss very well.

Cons

You get paid minimum wage, and you get very few hours (I was getting 6 hours a week)
