Pros

product is very cool, thanks to the merger of Pixlee.

Cons

no brand equity, sprinklr and sprout have us in a chokehold. management team is a walking joke. Truthfully no one there knows wtf they are doing and change direction every week. Micromanagement is their specialty. The new CRO and COO are so out of touch with what is going and only care about being profitable. They dont care much about culture and provide 0 perks for their employees. Company morale is 0 Barely any diversity on the team. I would say 90% + of the team is white. If you aren't 100% onboard with their constant changes you are pushed out of the organization.

Pros

The people were amazing and had great energy. They worked hard - until they left...

Cons

The new management is awful at leadership. The incoming CEO was inept at providing guidance and clear direction. He was not a leader and it was obvious this was his first rodeo. The HR and internal communications was embarrassing as well. They were inefficient with running international HR, leading to an extremely low level of moral among the staff and mass exits with most US employees. The company does not run like an international organization and all departments do not seem united as one. Company goals are vague, pay and employee value does not exist.

Fixable, but unlikely.

Pros

Flexible with remote work and (usually) time off if needed. Most staff, especially lower management, are incredibly friendly and good to work with.

Cons

Salaries are non-existent. Raises are non-existent. Bonuses are a myth, fabricated from broken dreams. This is a directive from upper management, not merit decisions from lower management. Multiple waves of downsizing for technical staff, just to bring in more bloat on the sales team. Overloaded dev teams and support staff, nothing done about it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of our remote work policies and recognize the efforts of lower management to create a positive, supportive environment. We also understand your concerns. We we understand that compensation is a key part of overall job satisfaction. Our salary structure is based on industry standards and regularly reviewed against market benchmarks to ensure fairness. We also consider factors like the level of experience, role complexity, and market trends when determining compensation. In addition to salaries, we offer a benefits package (market dependent) that includes flexible work options, health insurance, pension and different well-being programs. Downsizing and restructuring are never easy decisions, and we know they can lead to increased pressure on remaining teams. We are committed to assessing workload distribution and ensuring that our teams have the resources and support they need to thrive. Thank you for your contributions to the company and for voicing your concerns.
