You feel like a hamster running on a hamster wheel here. There's no strategy, no research, no planning, and no retrospective. Just go, and go fast. Once that project is done, move on to the next thing.
Pay is below industry standards. No equity, no 401k match, bonuses are hit or miss. The work we do is no longer meaningful. You lose your sense of purpose and value here.
The culture is non-existent here. You have to be above average. Work very hard. Receive average pay and get little to no recognition. Actually, that's the culture here.
If you perform poorly, you're "laid off" or let go. Performance supposedly matters but structured performance management and professional development plans are non-existent.
Everything is all over the place. No standard processes. Departments don't know how to work together. Teams within departments don't know how to work together.
Just stay away from this company unless you want to work for a place that will suck the life and joy out of you.
