Great space to work in, thoroughly enjoyed the art on display. Many great diverse co workers.

Cons

When working in banquets, there is an automatic gratuity added to the event's checks. I believe it is 18%-20%....but no one knows where this goes, as the banquet servers never see it. Management never gave a straight answer when asked. So even though the guest thinks they are tipping the wait staff when they pay their bill, they aren't.

Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry you were given the impression that the service charge was a gratuity. The service charge is 21% and covers chairs, cleaning, linens, etc. Gratuity is at the discretion of the guest and is always paid out to the team. We do offer a higher hourly wage to the banquet team. Your feedback is appreciated!

Front end management is great, I love my coworkers, and the job itself is pretty fun

Valet is general is just an unfortunate career to have during the winter because of slow business and you have to walk outside in the snow
