Pros

Unique property, great staff, interesting concept. The idea is certainly there, just need to execute it. There is an employee discount, but it is steep.

Cons

My boss said having kids keeps me from being dedicated enough, and I'm old. Not paraphrasing, and I'm only 36. So that'll tell you all you need to know about work/home life balance.

Front end management is great, I love my coworkers, and the job itself is pretty fun

Valet is general is just an unfortunate career to have during the winter because of slow business and you have to walk outside in the snow
