Pros

The Museum is the only Pro.

Cons

Since Durham's location opened up in 2015, 21c has been through 5 Event Managers. 4 F&B Directors, 4 GMs, 4 DOSM's, and the list goes on and on. 21c will hire you, not give you the tools or proper training that you need, and then expect you to do your job with blindfolds on. They parade themselves as an all-inclusive place to work but then treat their managers, staff, and team members like they're disposable. This was honestly the worst eight months of my life and I feel so badly for the brides that will get married at 21c. The place is disorganized and the company culture is toxic. If you have a pulse, go work for another company.

Because we know that we are equally defined by our achievements and missteps, we appreciate the time that was taken to provide feedback regarding your work experience. 21c is committed to fostering our teammates with a positive and supportive work environment. When our people thrive, our guests benefit. In order to accomplish this, the fit amongst staff and the overall culture must be mutually beneficial. We never want anyone to feel that they are disposable, as our company culture is predicated on the notion that We Say Yes, allowing for second chances, education, growth and development. We expect this from ourselves, as well as our employees, and actively seek to get better every day.
