Pros

I have been working here for 1 year and everything is good. Everyone is supportive and there will be proper training about the Process. It is little hectic to work under pressure but there are so many things to learn in the Process overall it is a good company with friendly people around including TLs and Manager. There is Good pay even during the Corona Time mostly Companies cut on the pay but we got full support for everything. Everyone is ready to help at any moment. Environmental is good. There are inside job posting as well

It’s remote. You will get okay PTO if you negotiate, but you’ll never be able to take it.

Do not join this company unless you enjoy pain and suffering as a lifestyle. You’ll be expected to do literally everything with zero support—basically like being handed a sinking ship and told to “row faster.” The technology? A glitchy mess. The reporting? Pure fiction. The ERP? Imagine trying to run a marathon in flip-flops—it’s that useless. Work-life balance doesn’t exist here. Think of it more as “work-work balance” because that’s all you’ll be doing. Every task is the hard way, because apparently “inefficient chaos” is their official business strategy. And the benefits? Oh, you’ll love their generous retirement plan: a whopping $1,000 a year 401k match. Don’t spend it all in one place—maybe you can treat yourself to an oil change or half a plane ticket to nowhere.
