Honestly, only decent pro is gaining experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Where to begin. Management is terrible and so out of touch with their employees. Pay rate is way below market rate. Turnover is so high with average of 3-4 people leaving monthly. I have seen pharmacies better staffed. Management does not care or have any concerns with this issue and no steps are implemented to address the concerns. More than half of the team works fully remote while they require others to work hybrid. If employees are doing the same work, why should certain employees still be required to stick to hybrid schedule???? There is no support at all with this company. You know it is an issue when employees are willing to go back to retail pharmacy..........
