Well, I worked here for 1 year and all I did is made ppts and documents. 3 of my friends have been asked to move out in last 3 months due to their requesting some tangible work. My learning stopped here and lack of exposure to technology have made me lag. Onsite team does all client interaction and config and offshore is just to make hellish documents. And there is only 1 manager here in Pune office , and he is the worst I have seen in my last 7 years and you have to follow him. If you dont, then he will make sure that you are thrown out by playing all politics. He will ask consultants to make videos and say good about the compnay and his manager, only for the puspose of his promotion. I can tell you from heart, no body is happy here. THey will even ask to submit your original documnets when they release offer letter and to get that back is tough.
